Job Title: Asset Management Engineer (Civil, Architect, Surveyor)
Reports To: Asset Management Manager
Direct Reports: None
Objective:
Assists in obtaining the complete picture in terms of technical & urban status and potential issues for all the Real Estate assets that are under management and handles potential remedial actions.
Main Responsibilities:
· Collects and analyzes technical due diligence (TDD) reports delivered by external technical advisors for the assets under management,
· Assists in TDD reports by incorporating changes in urban planning, forestall zone mapping, coastal regulatory framework changes and potential impact from archaeological framework and its changes,
· Handles the technical maturity actions upon approval by the client, ensuring proper and timely implementation and hand in of necessary deliverables,
· Ensures that TDD reports and maturity actions comply with the Greek Legal Framework (Law 4495/17),
· Preparation for sale contracts

Requirements:
· Engineering degree of any specialization (BS),
· 3 years of field experience (either in Technical Studies, or Technical Projects),
· Familiar with Cadastral and topographic issues,
· Good knowledge of Urban Planning & Building regulations and Environmental regulations related to Real Estate assets,
· Advanced computer skills on Ms Office,
· Fluency in English
