Sales Analyst

 

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Analyst

Reports To: Head of Commercialization

Direct Reports: None

 

Objective:

 

The analyst will assist in the sales of each asset / asset portfolio under management.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

·         Register the property in company’s e-sales platform,

·         Generate leads by using the existing base of clients and match clients’ needs with new properties for sale,

·         Communicate with potential clients, and act as liaison between buyers and sellers,

·         Accompany prospective buyers to property sites,

·         Respond to buyer questions regarding properties,

·         Assist in the preparation and gathering of offers, term sheets and amendments,

·         Participate in all stages of the commercialization process,

·         Support with any ad hoc requests

Skills:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance,

·         Up to 2 years work experience,

·         Good verbal and written communication in Greek and English,

·         Strong proficiency in Ms Office,

·         Ability to travel,

·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
