Diversity & Inclusion

We are happy to share with you some snapshots from the training conducted for Pepper Hellas Asset Management Solutions S.A.. Through an experiential game the employees got in touch with basic concepts related to Diversity & Inclusion, obstacles that do not allow their diffusion, ways to "embrace" Diversity and to strengthen Inclusion! Our employees had the opportunity to be informed about the benefits of Diversity Μanagement and Inclusion in the workplace, explore themselves, as well as discover unknown aspects of their colleagues.
