Job Title: Real Estate Asset Management Specialist

Reports To: Real Estate Asset Management Leader

Direct Reports: Real Estate Asset Management Officer

Objective

The RE Asset Management Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Real Estate Asset Management team who oversees the assigned REO’s portfolio. The role involves obtaining the complete picture of the Real Estate assets that are under management in terms of technical, urban, and legal status, identify potential issues and verify potential maturity and remedial actions.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the eviction process (where necessary); by coordinating with notaries and bailiffs, ensuring all documentation is complete,
• Gather and verify property documentation for technical and legal due diligence,
• Coordinate with external and in-house legal and technical advisors to manage due diligence processes,
• Administrate timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
• Collect expenses and all related documents/invoices etc. for the portfolio under management,
• Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for the client and/or internal and external stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field,
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate management or a related field,
• Understanding due diligence procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods,
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and market dynamics,
• Proficient in MS Office applications
