Job Title: Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

Reports To: Real Estate Asset Management Manager

Direct Reports: None

 

Objective:

Work closely with the Asset Management team and collaborate with other departments in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of properties throughout the onboarding, underwriting and property management phase, in accordance with the service levels management agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with notaries and bailiffs to initiate the eviction process and ensure all information and documents are in place,
  • Check and gather all property documentation (title deeds, land registry inquiries, building and planning permits etc.) required for the assigned portfolio to proceed with the Technical and Legal due diligences,
  • Follow up daily with all the external advisors to hand in assigned projects within deadlines,
  • Communicate urgent needs and time lags to the manager to mitigate risks,
  • Review deliverables based on the quality standards and inform external affiliates regarding the correction requirements,
  • Update daily reporting trackers of both external consultants and internal stakeholders,
  • Monitor with the associate remedial maturity works performed by the technical advisors,
  • Review property management department as far it concerns the day-to-day management of the assets,
  • Assist the commercialization department regarding all property info required and necessary actions, to complete liquidation process,
  • Perform other duties as assigned so that operational goals are achieved

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, engineering, business, or finance preferred,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English,
  • Strong proficiency in Ms Office,
  • Knowledge of regulations relating to Real Estate (desired)
  • Understanding of financial modeling (desired)
