Commercialization Manager

Job Title: Commercialization Manager
Reports To: COO
Direct Reports: Senior Sales Analyst, Sales Analyst

Objective:
To implement the approved sales strategy for each asset/portfolio under management, through, a) marketing and placement of commercial real estate sales and b) securing new and expanded commercial development opportunities via prospecting, networking, relationships building and selling additional services to clients / buyers existing and new.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial development activities concerning REO asset/ asset portfolio under management, in accordance with approved sales strategy,
  • Build, maintain and support new commercial development opportunities pipeline from an investment perspective and work with external partners to develop and deliver funding options,
  • Review and challenge sales KPIs to ensure properties marketability,
  • Review, analyze and assess offers submitted by potential buyers,
  • Negotiate with potential buyers, in cooperation with brokers and/or other advisors,
  • Coordinate and manage external brokers and propose sales strategy adjustments where necessary,
  • Provide annual sales and rental forecasts and assists in the preparation of annual budget reports,
  • Maintain monitoring of local real estate market and investment market conditions, through the review of market reports, knowledge and follow up of property values, market yields and real estate legislation

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration or Finance,
  • Minimum of five years of Sales / Commercial Real Estate / Finance / Engineering experience,
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, driven and persistent,
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Greek,
  • Ms Office proficiency,
  • Ability to interface with top-level executives
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment
  • Ability to travel
