Job Title: Real Estate Asset Management Manager
Reports To: COO
Direct Reports: Associate, Analyst, Engineer
Objective:
To optimize the value of a Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio, by mitigating risks and promoting valuable improvements. Coordinate the due diligence and third party legal and technical teams and contribute during holding and commercialization phases to decision making for sales, dispositions, redevelopment and financing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt of assigned real estate assets documentation from the client and execute the registration of real estate assets,
- Prepare the data quality analysis of portfolio and respective remediation process where applicable and strategy by developing business plan for mature assets to exit through monetization,
- Handle the eviction process in cooperation with the client,
- Manage the Technical and Legal due diligence operational handling according to predefined time schedule and SLA compliance, to identify:
- (a) additional requests/clarifications/amendments of received material and
- (b) the properties’ actual technical and legal status,
- Manage timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
- Administrate timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
- Collect and report all expense related documents/invoices for the REO portfolio,
- Work closely with Legal, Technical, Commercialization and Underwriting departments on monitoring property performance,
- Maintain and enhance client’s relationship, prepare reports and presentations to the client

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ degree in either Real Estate, business, or finance or any engineering degree,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services in Real Estate related function, or Real Estate service provider,
- Understanding of Real Estate Legal dimensions, and core Technical and Commercial compliance,
- Experience in coordinating projects,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Advanced knowledge of computer and MS Office,
- Fluency in English
